Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty

Every custom piece is covered by a two year manufacturer’s warranty.

This warranty applies to matters related to craftsmanship and the manufacturing process. Please note the following:

Repairs & Resizing
Any resizing, repair, or alteration carried out by a third-party jeweler will void the warranty. As we cannot take responsibility for external work, we recommend returning your piece to the original maker. The jeweler who crafted your piece is best equipped to carry out adjustments with care and accuracy.

Normal Wear & Tear
The warranty does not cover damage caused by everyday wear, accidental impact, or misuse. Pieces featuring small diamonds may experience stone loss over time, which is a normal occurrence and typically easy to resolve. Each case is assessed individually to determine whether an issue is related to craftsmanship or wear.

If a repair is found to be due to wear or external impact, we are happy to restore your piece at an additional cost. If the issue can be traced back to manufacturing, it will be covered under the warranty.

Proper care will help preserve your jewelry over time, while any unexpected issues unrelated to wear may be addressed through this warranty.
